Refund policy

Returns are accepted only if the hair is in the exact condition it was received. This means the lace must remain uncut, the hair must be unworn, and all original packaging must be intact. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect order or a quality issue.
